Hartley’s Raspberry Jelly is a 135g pack of concentrated raspberry-flavour jelly cubes. Dissolve the cubes in 285ml of boiling water, add cold water to make 570ml, then cool and refrigerate until set. The recipe contains pork gelatine and is labelled fat free with no artificial colours.
