Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, severe weather or high-volume periods.

Shipping destinations and rates

Canada-wide shipping is available for eligible products. Live Canada Post rates and available services are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. If no rate is displayed, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery times are estimates and begin after an order has been processed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, remote-area service or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has started. Additional shipping charges caused by an incomplete or incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact service@britmarket.ca promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected items.

Products that cannot be shipped

Frozen, chilled and pickup-only products are not shipped. Surrey Store Pickup may be available where inventory permits. A restricted item cannot become eligible for shipping because other items in the cart can be shipped. If your order includes a restricted item, choose Surrey Store Pickup where available, or place a separate order containing only shipping-eligible items.

Seasonal shipping restrictions

Summer heat-sensitive products are not shipped from May 15 through September 15 inclusive. This is a provisional annual restriction window and may be adjusted each year based on weather conditions. Outside that window, shipping is available only if the item has no other shipping restriction. Check the product page and this policy before ordering.

Surrey Store Pickup

Usually ready in 24 hours. Please wait for confirmation before pickup. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed preparation time. An order confirmation does not mean your order is ready to collect.
